The order of learned Registrar (Judicial) passed in Family Court Appeal Stamp No.30841 of 2022 dated 10.01.2023 stands quashed and set aside.

Leave granted to the Appellant to remove ofÏce objections within two weeks.

After compliance as mentioned above, the Family Court Appeal is restored to its original stage.

Mr. Gandhi, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent.
