As such, the first Civil Application No.5707/2019 filed by the Management is disposed of as being infructuous. *2* 911ca5707a5708o19 Court (Coram : N.M.Jamdar, J) vide order dated 06.12.2018. I find that since the Honourable Supreme Court has stayed the directions in the order of this Court and has imposed a condition on the Management to deposit Rs.15 lac, the second Civil Application No.5708/2019 would not survive and stands disposed of. Both the sides are at liberty to circulate the writ petition after the Honourable Supreme Court passes further orders in the pending Special Leave Petition.
