DATED : 21 NOVEMBER 2024 PER COURT :- The petitioner claims that while issuing him a certificate and possession receipt by the respondent - Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Aurangabad, an error has occurred in mentioning his surname as "Ajgar" instead of "Abbas". His representations for effecting the correction have been pending with the respondent - committee since the year 2017.

Though the respondent No.2 have been duly served but none has caused appearance.
