Having regard to the grounds raised in the appeal memo, it is necessary to grant interim stay.

ORDER

(i) There shall be ad-interim relief in terms of prayer clause 6(B) on condition that the applicant/appellant shall deposit entire amount of compensation with accrued interest thereon within a period of twelve weeks from today in this Court.

(ii) Issue notice to the respondents as to why interim stay granted by this Court, should not be made absolute.

(iii) Notice returnable on 10.08.2022.
