Respondent No.2 - Committee shall decide the proceedings within a period of four (04) months from the date of appearance of petitioner.

The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 30th August 2018 and file his say to the vigilance report and co-operate in expeditious disposal of the proceedings, within six months. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
