1.

Grievance of the petitioner is that his internship completion certificate is not issued on the ground that validation proceeding is pending.

Learned AGP waives notice for respondents 1, 2 and 3. Mr. Sant, learned Advocate accepts notice for respondent No.4. 3.

The committee shall decide the validation proceeding preferably within six months form the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 16.03.2020. 4.

In case, the petitioner is otherwise eligible, then respondent Nos. 3 and 4 shall not withhold internship completion certificate of the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. 5.

Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 may take further course of action

depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the committee in the validation proceeding.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
