By order dated 28.03.2024, this Court had directed the Director of Education, Mumbai to decide the representation that was made by the petitioner within a period of two weeks. The matter was then kept pending. Now, the learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that the said representation has been decided against the petitioner on 06.05.2024 and, therefore, the petitioner wants to challenge the said order dated 06.05.2024 and hence, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition.
