Mr. Patil, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has been illegally terminated from the service. In Writ Petition No.5069/2006 filed by the petitioner, this Court under order dated 03.07.2007 directed to take action within a period of two months.

The respondent no.1 called for the detailed report from respondent no.2. The petitioner thereafter, again filed Writ Petition No.1068/2013. The same was disposed of. The petitioner is out of service since 1994. The petitioner made representation to the Hon'ble Prime Minister of India. The respondent no.2 also conducted hearing upon the representation and report was submitted to respondent no.1.

(2) 912-wp-12462-2021 Thereafter, the report was forwarded. The learned counsel further submits that, no action has been taken. The petitioner is consistently submitting the representations.

We have also heard learned A.G.P..

In view of the order dated 25.09.2014 in Writ Petition No.1068/2013 the grievance of the petitioner cannot be considered. Under the said order we had observed that, the petitioner was terminated in the year 1990. It would not be possible to accept the contentions of the petitioner now.

In view of the order passed in Writ Petition No.1068/2013 dated 25.09.2014 the present petition cannot be considered.

Writ Petition, as such is disposed of. No costs.
