Learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, submits that the Trustee Secretary by communication dated 10.4.2018 informed that the Trust is not relying on the evidence affidavit of the present petitioner and trust will file fresh evidence affidavit through new reporting trustee and considering the above referred development, the cause for filing present writ petition does not survive.
