It is pointed out that in paragraph No.16, it is incorrectly recorded that Regular Civil Suit No.877 of 2008 was filed against respondent No.1 and Special Civil Suit No.240 of 2013 was filed by respondent No.1. At both places instead of "respondent No.1" it should be "applicant". It is obvious mistake which needs rectification.

In 3rd and 4th line of paragraph No.16 words "respondent No.1" shall be replaced by "applicant".

Necessary correction be carried out and corrected copy be uploaded.
