The judgment challenged in this petition is dated 20.9.1996, by which, Appeal filed by respondent No.1 / original appellant was allowed and her termination was set aside. Respondent No.4 in this petition / Prof. Mrs. Kamal Eknath Talele was respondent No.4 in the appeal filed by the original appellant. Apprehending an adverse order, she challenged the same judgment dated 20.9.1996 in Writ Petition No.4444 of 1997. The petitioner / management in this petition has also challenged the same judgment.
