The petitioners are challenging the judgment invalidating the tribe claim delivered by Scrutiny Committee at Nashik.

The learned A.G.P. submits that the territorial jurisdiction vests with the Principal Seat at Bombay.

In light of that, the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file the same before the Principal Seat at Bombay.

Writ Petition is disposed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid.
