We are of the view that the grievance made in the petitions no more survives as respondent no.2 has already referred the dispute to the Competent Authority for deciding the issue of apportionment.

As the issue qua the apportionment and entitlement is looked into by the Competent Authority, we expect the said authority to take decision uninfluenced by the order impugned in the petitions.

Writ Petitions are disposed of.
