The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that notification under section 11 of the Right of Fair Compensation Act is already issued on 2.8.2018 in respect of land owners.

The notification is already issued under Section 11 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. Respondent shall complete

wp3304.18 acquisition proceedings within the time stipulated under the said Act.

The learned counsel submits that respondents be directed to deposit amount as per the Government Resolution dated 30.3.2016.

The Government Resolution dated 30.3.2016 requires the land holders to make an application in writing to the Collector and the Collector has to decide it.

5.

The petitioner may make application to the Collector and the Collector, on receipt of it, shall take decision as permissible under law as per Government Resolution dated 30.3.2016.

Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
