Amendment be carried out within two weeks from today in the first appeal.

This application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 1030 days caused in filing the first appeal challenging the judgment and orader dated 22-12-2019 passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Ahmedpur in LAR No. 31/2009. 3.

The delay is caused in seeking sanction to file an appeal. Though the proposal was preferred, there was some

(2) 11ca14922.15 communication gap. Sanction was also required for amount to be deposited towards court fees etc. and in that process some delay is caused.

Learned advocate for the respondent vehemently opposed the application stating that the reasons which are assigned in the application cannot be said to be sufficient for condonation of delay.

However, considering the above, this court finds that the application deserves to be allowed. Therefore, the application stands allowed. The delay stands condoned. 6.

Office to register the first appeal.

Place the appeal after four weeks.
