The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that on erroneous grounds, the proposal seeking permission to open College of B.Sc.(Hospitality studies), is rejected. The petitioner has submitted the financial audit account statement for the year ending on 31st March 2018 and the same is not considered. 2.

According to the learned Counsel for respondent No.4University, after considering that the petitioner has complied with all the conditions, the University has recommended the proposal of the petitioner.

The learned Asstt. Govt. Pleader submits that as the

It is submitted by Mr. More, learned Counsel for respondent No.4-University that the present location finds place in the perspective plan for the year 2020-2021 also. 5.

In case no permission has been granted for B.Sc. (Hospitality Studies) for the location on which the petitioner applied, then the respondents/State shall re-consider the proposal of the petitioner for start of College of B.Sc. (Hospitality Studies) as it is pointed out that the financial audit account for the year ending March 2018 was already submitted, copy of which is submitted in the present writ petition on page Nos. 28 to 34. The petitioner may bring it to the notice of the State said aspect. The same shall be considered for the year 2020-2021, within stipulated time, as prescribed in the Maharashtra Universities Act. t.
