O R D E R

This Appeal proceeding is placed before us in today's National Lok Adalat.

Mr.Tungar, learned Advocate for the appellant/original claimant and Mr.Phule, learned AGP for the respondents/State are present. Mr.Tungar has placed on record withdrawal pursis, which is also signed by the officer of the respondents/State namely, Dr.Arun Jarhad, Dy.Collector and submits that the appellant does not want to prosecute with the Appeal in view of the appeal preferred by the State vide FA No.602/2013, which is withdrawn by the State in today's National Lok Adalat. 3.

Mr.Tungar, learned Advocate for the appellant/ original claimant further submits that the claimant has withdrawn some amount of the compensation and some amount 1/2

( 2 ) 12 FA 1488-15.odt of the compensation is remained to be withdrawn and necessary order to that effect may be passed regarding withdrawal of remaining amount of the compensation. 4.

In view of withdrawal pursis placed on record by Mr.Tungar, learned Advocate for the appellant/original claimant is taken on record and marked as Article X for identification.

The Appeal stands disposed of as withdrawn.

6.

The Registry is directed to make payment of remaining amount of the compensation to the appellant/original claimant forthwith as per the rules. 7.

The court fee refund certificate be issued to the appellant as per the rules.

8.

Pending the civil application/s, if any, is/are disposed of.

9.

Parties to bear their own costs.
