1] Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent events / development occurred after filing this Contempt Petition, the Contempt Petition has rendered infructuous, and the same stands disposed of as infructuous.
2] Needless to mention that, the petitioner will have liberty to avail of an appropriate remedy, in case the respondents have not complied with the order dated 9th May, 2014 passed in Writ Petition No.7660/2013.
