Mr. Joshi, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the Tribunal rejected the original application only on the ground that the advocate of the petitioner was absent and there is no cause of action. In fact, the petitioner had filed a representation to consider his case for transfer, as he has completed more than three years at one place.

We have heard the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent also.

It appears that, the representation is filed by the petitioner on 10.12.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, petitioner has also filed on-line representation recently. The respondents shall consider the said representations/request for transfer made by the petitioner on its own merits as per its policy in accordance with law at the time of general transfers of 2015. The writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
