The applicant - Acquiring Body in all these applications is seeking recalling of the order dated 20/10/2022 whereby registration of it's first appeals was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also delay of 104 days in filing these applications. The learned counsel for the applicant Acquiring Body undertakes to remove all the office objections within four weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 20/10/2022 stands recalled in all these matters and the appeals are restored for removal of all the office objections within four weeks subject to
