Mr. Deshpande, learned A.S.G. today, on instructions, makes a statement before us that the respondent No.2 board would go on with the tender process on the terms prior to the amendment/ corrigendum issued by the board and would not insist for corrigendum. This statement of Mr. Deshpande is accepted and in view of this statement, the grievance of the petitioner gets redressed. Accordingly writ petition is disposed of.
