In view of the order made by this Court on 18th March,2 015 the daughter of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 is kept present in the Court. She has given her age as 27 years.

Inquiry was made with the said daughter and also with her parents. She admits that petitioner is her husband. She wants to go to petitioner to cohabit with him. In view of this statement made by the daughter,

-:(2):- the parents say that they cannot do anything in that regard, though the mother is not ready to send the petitioner back to petitioner, husband. The husband state that he is ready to take the wife immediately with him to his house. The father again said that as per his information there was no marriage. This Court is not expected to make inquiry about the marriage, whether there was marriage or there was no marriage.

Considering the age of daughter of Respondent Nos.3 and 4, and she is identified by learned counsel Mr. G. A. Kulkarni this Court holds that it is necessary to see that possibility of detention is ruled out. As the daughter of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 is desirous to go to her so called husband, the petition is disposed of in those terms and she is allowed to go with the petitioner. If the daughter of Respondent Nos.3 and 4 feels that there is apprehension she may approach police for protection. 2.
