The learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 to 4 submits that, approval has been continued to the appointment of the petitioner under order dated 22.08.2019 passed by the Deputy Director of Education.

In view of that, the purpose of the writ petition stands served. The parties shall abide by the order passed by the Deputy Director of Education granting approval. If inspite of above petitioner has any grievance, the petitioner may agitate, if cause of action arises.
