O R D E R

The present Criminal Revisions are placed before us in today's LokAdalat.

174 to 178 CRA-315 to 319-2019 -22.

Both parties and their respective Advocates are present. Both parties of Cri. Revision Application Nos. 315/2019 to 319/2019 have filed joint compromise memo on record marked as Exhibit 'X' for identification. They submitted that their dispute has been settled in terms of compromise memo Exhibit 'X'. The Applicant has paid an amount of Rs.97,362/- and the Respondent has received the same.

In view of the above, the Cri. Revision Application Nos. 315/2019 to 319/2019 accordingly stand disposed off in Terms of Compromise Memo Exhibit 'X'. The judgments passed by the trial Court and Appellate Court are set aside. The accused namely Mohd. Irfan S/o Salim Bagwan is hereby acquitted. His bail bonds are cancelled and surety stands discharged. 4.

The Criminal Applications, if any, stand disposed off. 5.
