Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that he had sent letter to the applicant stating that since applicant is not cooperating with him, he will not appear for the applicant and he should engage some other person and he has also produced the track report stating that his letter has been received by the applicant, however, this applicant has not contacted him yet. Therefore, he submits that his appearance should be discharged. In view of the fact that the procedure has been completed he is discharged. Since this is an anticipatory bail application and it appears from
