Learned counsel for respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Parbhani, invited our attention to a document i.e. order dated 19th October, 2018, whereby the proposal for grant of approval is decided. The order dated 19th October, 2018 is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.2 submitted that the order of this Court is complied with and though there may be some delay, the same is due to the administrative difficulties and the delay is for bona-fide and unintentional. The reasons are accepted. 4.

In view of above submission, the contempt petition is disposed of.
