As per the directions of this Court, the learned advocate for the applicants filed on record the paper publication of "Daily Chatinya Lok" being published in Madhya Pradesh, by which the notices are served upon respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

Heard learned advocate for the applicants in both the applications. He pointed out that the delay of 228 days caused filing the first appeals is not intentional or deliberate.

On perusal of the applications, it appears that the delay is not deliberately caused. Therefore, for the reasons stated in the applications, the applications deserve to be allowed and the same are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeals is condoned. 4.

In first appeals, issue notice to the respondents, returnable on 18.12.2025.
