It is submitted that there is a spell mistake in the nomenclature of the tribe mentioned in the tribe certificate of 'Mannervarlu' (Scheduled Tribe). The petitioner submits that he has applied to the committee for return of the original tribe certificate so as to get the correct tribe certificate from the concerned authority and the committee is not accepting the request made by the petitioner.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader accepts notice for all respondents.

Considering the fact that there is spell mistake in the tribe certificate issued to the petitioner, to avoid further rigmarole, it is necessary that the committee returns the tribe certificate with incorrect spelling so as to enable the petitioner to get the corrected tribe certificate. 4.

The committee shall return the original and/or the attested copy of the tribe certificate submitted by the petitioner of the incorrect spelling of the tribe within a period of four (4) weeks from today. Upon receipt of the original/attested copy of the tribe certificate, the petitioner shall submit same to the concerned Sub Divisional Officer/Respondent No. 3. The Respondent No. 3 shall issue the correct tribe certificate within a period of 4 weeks from the date the application is made by the petitioner. Upon receipt of the corrected tribe certificate the same shall again be submitted to the Committee. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. [ SUNIL K. KOTWAL, J. ] [ S. V.
