Leave granted to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to apply to the grievance redressal committee constituted pursuant to the government resolution dated 27-03-2024 which in turn was issued pursuant to the directions of this Court in writ petition no. 1182 of 2024. 2.

Since the government resolution provides for a period of 30 days as limitation for approaching the committee, liberty is sought even to move the committee irrespective of the fact that period of 30 days is over since passing of the impugned order dted 24-01-2024 and on the ground that the government resolution was itself issued on 27-03-2024.

Writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

The grievance committee shall entertain petitioner's grievance / appeal on its own merits and shall not dismiss it only on the ground of limitation. The decision shall be taken as expeditiously as possible.
