I have heard Mr. Ghatol Patil learned counsel for the petitioner at length. I am not inclined to entertain this writ petition. By this petition, the petitioner is seeking deletion of name of respondent No.7 as delegate of the society from the voters list. As per the election programme, now 02.04.2021 is the date scheduled for voting.

In view of above, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file election petition before the competent authority by raising all grounds, as are raised in this writ petition. ( V. K. JADHAV, J.) rlj/
