Learned counsel for petitioner points out that this Court had already directed the state government to make the rules regarding disqualification of Grampanchayt employees. Admittedly, at this stage, no rules are made applicable to Grampanchayat employees. In view thereof, I am not inclined to entertain the present Writ Petition. 3.
