Learned counsel for the petitioner has produced on record death certificate of the petitioner. The petitioner died on 21.11.2022. It is taken on record.

In view of death of the petitioner, the petition stands abated.

In addition thereof, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he had instructed the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner to proceed with the petition. They did not show the interest to carry on the writ petition.
