1. Validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners are pending. Results of the petitioners of B.A.M.S. Third Year examinations are withheld.

Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 in both the petitions. Mr Suryawanshi, learned counsel waives notice for respondent No.2.

The Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of tribe claim of the petitioners, expeditiously, preferably within six months.

The petitioners shall appear before the Committee on 18.03.2020. The petitioners shall cooperate for expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings.

Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the results of examinations of the petitioners only on the ground that validity proceedings are pending. If the petitioners are otherwise eligible, then respondents 2 and 3 shall also not refrain the petitioner from prosecuting further study of B.A.M.S. course on the ground that validation proceedings are pending with the respondent Committee.

The respondents may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in the validation proceedings.

Writ petitions disposed of. No costs.
