s father passed away on 21.05.2021 in the Covid pandemic. The Petitioner has sought compassionate appointment. The proposal forwarded by the Management-Respondent Nos.4 and 5 is pending with Respondent No.3 - Education Officer (Secondary). He prays for an early decision.

In view of the above, this Petition is disposed off. 3.

We expect Respondent No.3 to consider the record available and arrive at a decision on or before 30.04.2023 on the proposal dated 15.09.2021. The Education Officer would refer to the decision dated 1/2
