In all these matters, the Petitioners have put forth identical prayers, requesting that their pending representations may be decided.

The learned Advocate representing Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 submits that the representations would be decided within 60 days considering that most of it's officers are on training for the ensuing Lok Sabha Elections.

The above statement is recorded.

Within 60 days, the representations be considered on their own merit and by following the due procedure laid down under law, in the light of the Circular dated 26.06.2018 and the Government Resolution dated 21.06.2023. A decision on the representation would be communicated to each of the Petitioners within 15 days thereafter.

In view of the above, these three Writ Petitions are disposed off.
