Heard rival submissions. The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1C Afsar Mangrule, who admittedly died on 13.11.2023, by condoning the delay of only 23 days. 2.

The proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No.1C despite service remained absent. The learned Counsel for respondents submits that he has no instructions to appear on behalf of the aforesaid legal representatives.

However, considering the short period of delay and right to sue, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C). Necessary amendment be carried out within stipulated period. The application is accordingly disposed of. (SANDIPKUMAR C. MORE, J.) VD_Dhirde
