DATE : MARCH 08, 2023 ORDER :- This application has been moved for temporary suspension of execution of the substantive sentence of imprisonment, on the ground that the marriage of step-sister of the applicant is scheduled tomorrow. A copy of the marriage invitation card has been placed on record.

Learned APP and learned counsel for respondent no.2 have strong objection for allowing the application considering the nature of the offence.

For the reasons given in the application, the application is allowed. The execution of substantive sentence of imprisonment is

26-Cr.Appln.No.894 of 2023 suspended for a period of ten days with effect from release of the applicant from jail. The applicant shall attend the concerned police station after every three days. The applicant shall surrender to jail on 18.03.2023 without fail.
