Heard learned Counsel fo the applicants.

The applicants are seeking permission to bring on record legal representatives of respondent No.4 Madhukar Savlaram Ghatol, who admittedly died on 07.05.2023, by condoning the delay of 213 days.

The proposed legal representatives of deceased respondent No.4, despite service remained absent. 4.

As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clauses (B) and (C) subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Aurangabad, within two weeks. The
