Learned advocates for the parties concur on that subject matter involved in the first appeals is similar to the one involved in first appeal stamp No.17956 of 2016 and companion matters. It is further being referred to that in similar set of circumstances involved in present applications, applications for withdrawal filed by the claimants in those first appeals have been allowed under order dated 7th December, 2017. Learned advocate for the respondents fairly concede to that the applications may receive
{3} the same treatment.

In view of the same, the applications are disposed of on the same terms as are appearing in paragraphs No.2, 3, 4 and 5 of order dated 7th December, 2017 passed in civil application No. 14659 of 2017 and other companion applications. As such, paragraphs No.2, 3, 4 and 5 of the order shall form part and parcel of this order and those paragraphs shall be deemed to have been reiterated here.
