The learned A.G.P. appearing for the Respondent/State has tendered across Bar the copy of the Government Resolution dated 1st August, 2016 issued by the School Education and Sports Department, Government of Maharashtra, Mantralaya, Mumbai.

Since the Government has already taken decision, the conditional order

4503.15WP passed on 26th July, 2016 by this Court to the extent that in case no reply is filed within a period of two weeks, on expiry of two weeks' time, Respondent No.1 will be liable to deposit Rs.10,000/- towards cost stands recalled.

In the light of issuance of the said Government Resolution, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that the grievance in these Petitions stand redressed.

In that view of the matter, the Writ Petitions stand disposed of.
