Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

The allegations against the applicant were that he assaulted the first informant with stick on right hand elbow. It seems that it was a quarrel between the boys and the incident happened in front of the house of the applicant. Considering the role attributed to the applicant, it would be inappropriate to keep him behind bar. Therefore, the applicant deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

44-BA.407-23.odt (ii) Applicant DHAVJI GABBA CHAVAN be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.232 of 2020, registered by Police Station Jintur, District Parbhani, for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 326, 324, 143, 144, 147, 148, 149, 109 of the IPC, Section 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act, Section 51(B) of Disaster Management Act, 2005, on the condition not to tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
