PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner is praying for quashment of the order passed by the Honourable Minister for Higher and Technical Education, Mantralaya, Mumbai, thereby confirming the order passed by the Directorate of Library, Maharashtra State, Mumbai, thereby directing cancellation of registration. 2.

This Court, by an order dated 29th June, 2015, directed the Director of Library to cause fresh inspection of the petitioner's library within a period of two weeks, and to tender a report to this Court on the adjourned date. In compliance to the directions issued, the Director has conducted inspection and it is noticed that there are many deficiencies and that the petitioner does not fulfill the necessary requirements.

In view of the the report tendered by the Director of Libraries, the decision taken by the Director earlier, which has been agp/-

Writ Petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
