Since the regular Bench is not available today, the Petition is placed before us. This is the Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for reliefs as under : - "A. By issuing writ of Habeas Corpus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, respondents may be directed to search the missing husband of the petitioner namely Raj Mohammad Majid Shaikh and produce him before this Hon'ble Court.

By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, respondents may be directed to take appropriate steps/action pursuant to missing complaint no. 102/2023 dated 25.10.2023 registered with Shevgaon Police Station, Ahmednagar and submit the report within stipulated period of time. C. By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ, order or direction in like nature, respondent no. 1 may be directed to take cognizance of the application dated 19/02/2024 and to take necessary action pursuant thereto.
D. Any other suitable relief in the interest of justice in favour of petitioners may kindly be granted."

The Petitioner is the wife of missing person. The Police has brought missing person before the Court.

We have interacted with the Petitioner, the missing person and the learned Advocates.

The missing person is reported to be aged about 34 years old. The missing person stated that he was outside and now he is going to reside with the Petitioner. Since the missing person is Major by age, we leave it to him.

In view of the above, nothing survives in the Petition. Petition stands disposed of.
