The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, during the pendency of this criminal writ petition, charge-sheet has been submitted and the petitioner has filed an application for amendment. Learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly brought to our notice that the trial court has framed the charge by order dated 3.5.2021. It thus appears that that trial is commenced since the trial court has framed the charge. The trial court is seized with the matter, we are not inclined to entertain this criminal writ petition seeking quashing of aaa/-

CRI WP 341.2021.odt the FIR/proceedings. It also appears that the petitioner herein has not filed any application for discharge before framing of the charge by the Trial Court.

In view of the same, we are not inclined to entertain this writ petition. Criminal Writ Petition is accordingly disposed off.
