Present application has been filed for getting the delay 1270 days condoned in filing first appeal. The State Government intends to challenge the judgment and award passed by the learned reference Court. Learned Advocate appearing for the claimant strongly opposes the application on the ground that whatever reasons have been mentioned in the application are not just and sufficient to condone the delay. 2.

Taking into consideration the reasons mentioned in paragraph Nos.2 to 5, delay stands condoned.
