Learned Counsel for respondent No.3 raised an objection that, though the petitioner - association is not registered, it is mentioned in the cause title as " Maharashtra Zilla Parishad registered Veterinary Graduate Association Office at Parbhani," which is contrary to the record inasmuch as, there is no registration certificate

2769.14wp issued to the association.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner - association fairly concedes that, as a matter of fact, yet the said association has not been issued registration certificate; but, it is under process. Keeping in view of the aforementioned submissions across the Bar, petition may not be tenable on behalf of an unregistered association.

In that view of the matter, since the petitioner - association is not registered, we decline to entertain the petition on behalf of association. Hence, petition stands rejected. Consequently, contempt petition also stands disposed of.
