This application is filed for bringing legal heirs of deceased respondent No. 4 on record. There is delay of 44 days in filing the application. Respondent No. 4 had expired on 16.10.2019 and thereafter immediately the present application Bhagyawant Punde

{2} 6-ca-6327-2020 has been filed. The delay is filing the present application is satisfactorily explained by the applicant.
