Today when the matter is called out nobody appears on behalf of applicants. Mr. Kudale, learned counsel for respondent states that even on last date nobody has appeared on behalf of applicants.

Present civil application is filed by applicants - original appellants for condonation of 59 days delay caused in filing the application for review of order dated 11-06-2002 in second appeal No. 393 of 2000. Earlier when the matter was listed on last date, nobody had appeared on behalf of the applicants. As such, the matter had been adjourned to 15-01-2015, in order to let one more opportunity to the applicants. 3.

In view of the same, civil application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
