These are the applications for bringing the legal representatives of deceased respondents, filed today in the Court by learned counsel Mr. K.D. BadePatil. 3.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the delay caused in filing the present applications is condoned. The applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) of the applications and stand disposed of.

The legal representatives of the deceased respondents be brought on record in the first appeals within a period of two weeks.
