Heard Mr. Bhavthankar, learned counsel for the Applicant. 2.

This Review Application has been filed, agitating the same grounds which have been raised in Writ Petition No. 14418 of 2018. After hearing the parties, the order dated 7th February 2015 was passed by this Court, against which the Review is filed. This Court while deciding the Writ Petition has held that there is no ground for R.V.Patil

Review Appl.44.2025.doc interference made out by the Petitioner (the Applicant herein) for causing interference in the order passed by the learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Biloli, below Exhibit- 53. The Applicant has again agitated the same grounds as raised in the Writ Petition, no new ground is made out for entertaining the Review Application. 3.

I do not find any merit in the Review Application. Hence, the Review Application is dismissed. Needless to state that, the status quo granted stands vacated as a result of dismissal of the Review Application.
